Dashboard messages, proof approvals, change requests, and internal order notes may be stored so the team can coordinate work and maintain a clear history of order decisions.

Internal operational notes are used by staff and service providers assisting with the order and are not intended as customer-facing content.

Online payment checkout is handled by Square. Majestic Memories does not store full card numbers in the customer dashboard.

We may store payment status, payment provider, timestamps, and related order references so we can confirm payment and complete the order.

We may use basic site logs, browser information, device information, or analytics-style data to understand site performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the customer experience.

This data is used for operational improvement and security, not for selling personal information.

Customer information may be shared with trusted service providers only when needed to operate the website, process payment, manage files, communicate, print products, or complete the order.

We do not sell customer data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our services, or to resolve fraud, security, or payment issues.
