These terms are a practical guide for using Majestic Memories services. They are not a substitute for formal legal advice, but they explain the expectations that help us serve families with care.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, obituary text, photos, service details, and any other content needed to complete an order.
Please review submitted information carefully. We will do our best to catch obvious formatting issues, but we rely on the customer or authorized family representative for final accuracy.
Customers retain ownership of the personal photos, written content, and family information they provide. By uploading or sending content, you give Majestic Memories permission to use it only to prepare, proof, print, and deliver your memorial order.
Majestic Memories retains ownership of original design layouts, templates, production files, and internal working files unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Turnaround times depend on the order type, content readiness, proof response time, print requirements, and service deadline. We will communicate expected timing as clearly as possible during the order process.
Rush timing may be available when the production schedule allows. Delays in receiving content, approvals, or payment can affect delivery timing.
Payment may be requested through Square checkout, invoice, or another approved payment method. Orders may require payment before production, printing, delivery, or release of final files.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, Majestic Memories may pause work until the issue is resolved.
Proofs are provided so customers can review spelling, photos, dates, layout, and service details before final production. Approval means the customer accepts the proof as ready for completion.
After proof approval, changes may be limited and may require additional time or cost, especially if printing or final export has already started.
By placing an order or contacting Majestic Memories, you consent to receive order-related communications by email, phone, text, dashboard message, or other practical channels used to complete your request.
We use these communications for order coordination, proof review, payment updates, delivery details, and customer support.
Majestic Memories is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information, late content, third-party platform outages, shipping delays, payment processor issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest practical extent allowed by law, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
