Refund Policy

A practical policy for custom memorial work

Memorial design and print work is personal, time-sensitive, and custom to each family. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, proof approvals, and duplicate payments are handled.

Custom and digital work

Because memorial programs, prayer cards, videos, digital files, and related products are custom-made, refunds may be limited once design, production, proofing, printing, or file preparation has started.

Digital products and final delivered files are generally not refundable after delivery unless Majestic Memories determines there was a clear production error within our control.

Proof approval finality

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the design, spelling, dates, photos, and content as ready for final production.

After approval, refunds or free reprints may not be available for issues that were visible in the approved proof.

Revisions and change requests

Reasonable revision requests should be submitted during the proof stage. We will communicate what can be adjusted within the order timeline.

Additional revisions, late changes, or changes requested after final approval may require extra time or additional charges.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be available, minus any payment processor fees or non-recoverable costs.

If work has already started, Majestic Memories may retain an amount that reflects the time, design work, administrative work, purchased materials, or production costs already committed.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If a duplicate payment or obvious payment mistake occurs, contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded or credited appropriately.

Refund timing may depend on Square, the card issuer, bank processing time, and any fraud or dispute review requirements.

Production errors

If Majestic Memories makes a production error that differs from the approved proof or confirmed order details, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate correction, replacement, credit, or refund.

Please report concerns promptly so we can review the order record and respond while details are fresh.
